"Ive been going to this establishment for decades. I went in to take a prescription to be filled and stood in line to drop off. There were 4 employees there working, 2 people in line. I waited for 9 minutes, and not one employee said anything to me, even though they saw me, walked past me, and picked up items at the counter i was at. I walked out of store and went across the street to Safeway, who filled my friends prescription in 20 minutes. One of the worst services on filling a prescription I've experienced st Longs Kailua."

"The pharmacists were polite and professional, great employees; the pharmacy would just need about double the amount and a more organized, easy to understandable way to line up so the older and little slower folks don’t cut in line and slow everything down. Took over 1.5 hours to fill my prescriptions and was in so much pain after surgery I didn’t feel like I had time to work out the insurance issues I encountered; the pharmacists are not concerned about trying to save patrons money, but I truly believe it’s only because they are so understaffed and trying to get as many people through as possible"

"Terrible awful customer service by the manager and cashiers they have been poorly trained My aunt gave what she thought was a homeless guy three cents and then was looking at the money the cashier gave her back which is on their cameras to figure out why she was shorted two dollars because daniel took $2.03 after she repeatedly said ‘I’ll give him three cents I’ll give him three cents’ rather than reviewing the cameras he made smug and horrible remarks like ‘he’s not a homeless don’t insult him’ Auntie just said ‘I was trying to help a homeless guy’ she was not insulting him, and instead of displaying kind Customer Service the cashier and the manager humiliated her. The manager said Christie the bookkeeper be here tomorrow and she’ll be here tomorrow and never said anything while the cashier was insulting her and then the manager started to insult her as well whether than resolving a $2 issue - omg pretty petty and inappropriate"

"Go to TARGET actoss the street! Nice CS and they got it all...i dont know why i did not!. Besides Target, anything in Kailua has been ruined by entitled, cheap & rude Caucasian business owners, employees, homeowners, military personnel and tourists etc.!! Daniel the cashier at Longs was completely condescending when I asked why all the 5 selfcheckouts were locked too early again because the manager didn't wanna be inconvenienced!! There's usually one open accepting cards only and I have autism and I don't like rude cashiers like Daniel to process my purchase! I asked why, he rudly pushed back and I'm pushing back with this review. LONGS, yall are messing up with Custumer Service in Hawaii. KAILUA Longs/ CVS worst exp I've ever had in any state! Why bother with self checkout when u close it early and force all the customers to line up for one slow cashier with an attitude!! This is why I prefer machines! Make ur system make sense to me! At least the custumer service with less Caucasian population at other longs is much better but damn its almost 2024...get it together guys!! For now I'm just done DONE FR and boycotting yall because why should I spend my money at a place where prejudism, racism, entitlement, LP harrassment, lack of CS, early am leaf blowing (Noise pollution) and extra toxic entitled attitudes are rampant! (Be kind to urself people, avoid businesses like this and support small business or just go to target across the street.)"
