"My fiancé ordered a dress from this company online and asked to cancel the order a day later because it was still in the warehouse. Not only was she told they're too busy, but said to email again to get help (with no answer to each email). Everyone that purchases from here, let it be known, you CANNOT cancel an order once it is made (does not matter when it was made, even if for some reason it was a mistake). All sales are apparently final the moment you click purchase, so you better make sure it is what you want. I am all for supporting local businesses, but they give ZERO wiggle room besides store credit. I will give the benefit of the doubt for the poor communication over the last few days, however, this policy is horrible."
"I ordered 2 throw blankets from Lexbreezy very cheap thin material the design you could barely see the print and my the blanket had rips. DO NOT order blankets from Lexbreezy. You can get similar blankets from Ross for way cheaper and better quality as well. If I knew that this is what I was paying for then I would not have gotten it. Waste money!"
