"I like this office and we love our Physical Therapist. However... The way the reception is set up is a little odd; if you have any questions at all about scheduling you are directed to call the number. I'm not quite sure what her role is at the desk, then. Also we have been waiting close to a month now from time of Occupational Therapy initial evaluation and we still don't have any appointments set up due to what I'm told is "delay in insurance authorization". Of course I'm only told this when I specifically inquire about it. It would be nice if I received a call from them to give me a status update so I'm not just waiting in the dark day after day with no communication whatsoever. Therapies in general have been the biggest pain for us. They either don't have enough therapists or insurance takes forever or it's something else. It's never just my son getting the adequate amount of therapy as recommended by his therapist on a continual basis. My Left Foot has a grand ideology outlined in their super thick company policy packet. Which sounds great but doesn't quite pan out the way it's described. Overall they're just rigidly strict on patient adherence to their business policies. If you don't comply 100% they promise you your child will be removed from the schedule. So I make sure my child is at their appointment on time , rain or shine and by taking 2 buses one way to get there. But they aren't required to give 100% as well. Which is what bothers me. And who loses in the end ? The children. *smh*"

"My daughter has had seizures since we have started at my left foot and we have been going there for over a year. Since her diagnosis of infantile spasms the next worst thing I have had to endure is dealing with my left foot. They are insufferable and arrogant. They were unable to help get her equipment for over a year. They will try to make you feel like they care about your child more than you do however their true intentions are nothing beyond greed and how much money the can get out of you. I had waited for over a month on clarification for my daughters disease coinciding with their new policy. Without clarification, Scared to call in because of loosing Scheduled positions that we had waited so long to get, we just had our bad days seizing an entire session instead of being able to make the call as a father to leave, or even have the therapist make the call that we could leave. Once I finally got clarification they just said there wasn’t anything they were willing to change and that they refused to see her anymore. No time to find replacement therapy no notice at all. Absolutely no respect and no equipment to speak of. Now no therapy and no one on the side of my daughter. Fake relationships lost. Back to square one."

"My son has been going to this location for about 7 months now, 3x a week for speech and 2x a week for OT. Since then we have seen a lot of improvement, our little boy is always excited to attend his therapy sessions. He looks forward to it every single time and that says a lot about this place. It is a place where we feel comfortable, accepted, heard and taken care of. I have nothing but good things to say. Everybody is always warm and welcoming. It's amazing how these providers knows their kids by heart. My heart is full of gratitude specially to my son's therapists Miss Portia, Miss Digna and Miss Blair. They have helped my son and they always go above and beyond. "

"Here is an honest review. While I do like the teachers here and how they have treated my son, recently I do not like what is going on. On one appointment the refused to see my son because he had a running nose and I was told not to bring him in like that. So he recently had Covid and we missed a weeks worth of appointments obviously. Now my son has a running nose so I don’t want to drive all the way over there just to be told to take him home and waste my time and gas. So here is my problem, after so many missed appointments my son can no longer get the therapy needed to help him as he will be dropped from the service. So I tried to cancel the appointment and they won’t cancel it and they say a no show will drop him from the service. This is what I see… they want you to bring your child no matter what and then tell you that they can’t be seen due to health reasons. They do this so they can still bill your insurance for the visit!! It is the only thing that makes sense on why it is okay for them to cancel but not you."

"I am making this review for the insurance department, We recently changed insurance and nobody has resolved it since Monday of last week. It is getting frustrating, last week my daughter already missed 3 of her speech appointment. 1 week, I guess is a long time to get insurance approval. It’s Monday and hopefully this gets resolved before my daughter miss another week of appointment. Finally, today everything is resolved. My daughter can go on with her therapy. That is the only reason why I’m changing this review to 3 star. —————————————————————————— Lesina still is a 5 star! Lesina of scheduling dept, this is my 3rd time calling and the other 2x I called was not able to get an appointment for our daughter’s evaluation, I was told they were 1-3 months wait time just to get an evaluation. Fortunately, today Lesina was on and she was really great. Called me back like what she said and able to get my daughter in for her initial evaluation. I will post an update soon as she gets seen this week. Hopefully this appointment will be smooth as well."
