"I'm a local business owner and have never been treated so horrible by a unqualified rude individual like Aide she was very condescending wouldn't let me speak to a manager then told me she was the manager when they scheduled appt too short then rescheduled to presidents day because they didn't have enough time for appt before her lunch so we can wait another month with our daughter having a severe uti with no help."

"Appointment scheduling was a mess. Staff was clueless. Never got to see a specialist. Only a Nurse Practitioner. Charged before visit. Surprise charges after visit. Billing number was no help. Only more aggravation. Find another business."

"Dr Casey has taken grear care of our baby angel... she has worked with us with his meds and and needs for his Bladder issues. The office staff has always been kind and courteous and wait times were only 15 min. we were in and out quikly staff was great"

"Took our child out of school for the day, missed work, and drove to the other corner of las vegas with a newborn, only for them to tell us AT THE APPOINTMENT that they need to reschedule because they didn't verify the insurance when we booked the appointment a week ago. Staff started arguing when we demanded to know why they didn't contact us in advance if there was an issue and told them we didn't see the point in booking with them again. I see why so many people have issues here. I wish I'd read the reviews before booking."

"I would not recommend this pediatric urology practice to anyone! They caused me a lot of stress and were not professional. They demanded that I prepay for a procedure since my infant "was not added as an independent onto my insurance ."I agreed to prepay for the procedure because I needed it done in a specific timeframe, and my insurance company assured me they would cover it. After two weeks of going back and forth between this practice and my insurance company, the office manager finally booked the appointment for me after I called to complain about the service I received at the office. She booked my appointment and sent me confirmation. Then a day before my appointment, I received a text that said my appointment was canceled due to nonresponse. I worked tirelessly to get this appointment booked ( which no one should have to do). I was distraught after receiving this text message because I confirmed my appointment with the practice two times before receiving the message and because they said I did not respond to their text. I did respond to their text within 2 hrs and had evidence to support that I did. I don't know why their policies do not align with the insurers or why ppl should have to prepay for procedures at this practice. Save yourself the stress and go to another practice!"
