"Friendly staff willing to help. Cheapest around for formal attire. We got there 10 minutes prior to opening and at 11am when they opened there was already 20 people waiting. Very busy and good quality products. They have specials that they offer. No military or kamaaina discounts. But prices are great. They are open 7 days a week so go early to get what you need."

"This place was great!! Really helped us find the right dress for our daughter's upcoming prom. Specifically, Macey was fantastic. She had the patience of a saint and continued to help us even though our teen was quite indecisive... in the end we found the perfect dress! Highly recommend this shop and Macey to anyone looking for a formal dress!"

"My daughter only came here cause it’s affordable nice dresses. Otherwise we wouldn’t even come here. Ladies are rude as hell, rolling their eyes at my daughter like she’s an inconvenience to their store. Giving her attitude and talking to her rudely. That’s not even the first time this has happen. I’ve came twice before and both times the workers act like they don’t want the service and like we are a trouble to them. Maia was the only worker there (at the time) that acted like she wanted to be there. Very friendly and at least gave us good customer service"

"The customer service was terrible. I had a jacket altered it was brand new bought from this place and when I came to pick it up it was dirty. They dod offer to have it cleaned but I would have to come back once again to pick it up. I decided 2 times of bad service was enough. I will never come back and will never refer anyone here."
