"Had to have my favorite kitty put to sleep. But most understanding people in the world. That cat was my life. Especially after options (Not capitalized on purpose) told me nothing wrong a week before."
"Hello: I adopted Niko, a short haired trouble making cat. He was returned twice before for “Unrealistic Expectations”. So far I still don't know what that means. I changed his name to Pre-wash due to the bad habit of cleaning the lids of food containers I throw in the garbage. He is slowly growing into one of the coolest cats I have had. Thanks for being there to give him another chance. Thank you, W. Riggs"
"My husband tried to take our cat there for the feline leukemia vaccine. One time he was turned away after arriving two minutes late, but still charged the $20 fee… OK whatever it’s technically our fault and we get that…. We scheduled again and we were never sent a confirmation email but it still showed as charging us $20 on our credit card. We showed up when we scheduled the appointment and they told us that our appointment wasn’t until later in the week. Mind you, we cannot find a confirmation email anywhere and know it was this day (the 6th). We pleaded with them to please give our cat the vaccine we were there, they had the time (it was empty), we had already paid… Twice…. and our cat is at this point, 5 weeks overdue. We are about to leave town again, so we really wanted him to have it. They gave our cat the vaccine, but said he would have to pay double and charged us another co-pay, even though it is supposed to be applied towards the vaccine. Additionally, the first time they turned him away the staff had a disagreement in front of him over whether or not he should be allowed to receive the vaccine. He was told he could have it, and then told actually I’ve decided no, and he had to leave without the vaccine. We ended up paying a co-pay three different times. We love our cat, Pancake, & so do our three kids so we didn’t want to wait any longer and complied paying THREE co-pays but these people are (I don’t even usually cuss) MEANIE HEADS ."
"I had a great experience with the SPCA! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the adoption process. They seemed to treat the animals like family which really impressed me. Adopted Sapphire yesterday... couldn't be happier with the choice the staff and I made to adopt Sapphire and bring her home."
"I love that this place makes getting your animals spayed or neutered actually affordable. They are really doing amazing work considering vets charge 500+ to do it. My kitten healed Perfectly and they took great care of her."
