"This was our first grooming at On Command as our former groomer retired. We couldn’t be happier. We were greeted in the large super clean reception area where our new groomer, Sierra met us. After seeking my input on exactly what we wanted she took our two dogs and got to work. She called me during care to let me know of an identified problem (with a solution) and one hour later had my two small dogs ready. Honestly, this was great timing and knowledgable care with beautiful results."

"We took our dog, Millie, for the first time to On Command for a groom. I didn’t personally take her as I was working but my mom did. She had nothing but good things to say. I am very picky and particular so I had pictures printed out of what I wanted our mini schnauzer to look like. I also had detailed instructions. My mom said they pored over the images, intent on getting a good idea of what we wanted. They told my mom that if we aren’t perfectly happy that we can bring her back in and they’ll make it right. When my mom went to pick up her granddog, she said she was in the groomer’s arms and perfectly content to stay there. This tells me all I need to know about the level of care they offer. The grooming they did on our baby is beautiful. She looks perfect and exactly what we were going for. I love that because this is also a dog daycare and boarding facility, there is the option to let your dog stay after to play. We didn’t need that service this time but I love that it’s an option. We will definitely be returning to have Millie groomed."
