"After a major life and living situation change I was in limbo with sourcing a new place... With that came the heart shattering reality that my two cats who have been with me for 12 years would need to be given up for adoption. The sad circumstances were that nobody could take them temporarily or long term in my immediate family and friend group due to allergies and or pets of their own and the conflicts that arise from that. Pets are like family, and to me, Eli & Eve are my own kids - my own family. Despite having a lot of siblings and friends, they are the constants in my life. They never gave up on me, so I could never give up on them. The staff at Cozy Cattery accepted them in for a temporary stay at more then fair prices. Unfortunately, my situation dragged on for many weeks which resulted in them having to stay longer then I would have hoped. The staff brought them in under their own wing and treated them like their own. Spoiled them rotten! While I spent a pretty penny to keep them there over a long time period, I'm happy the money went to good people and a good business, and one I am now eternally grateful for. And because of their care and love they gave to them, they are now home and happy as could be as a family. If you are looking for a place to take the kiddos while you are on vacation, or for whatever reason, I cannot recommend Cozy Cattery enough!"

"Such a great place and an amazing staff! My cat is an older gal with chronic pain so I'm always really cautious when finding her care, as not everyone knows how to properly handle senior cats or cats with medical issues. I've both had my cat groomed here and boarded her here and I couldn't recommend Cozy Cattery more!! They are so compassionate and cautious when grooming my cat and are sure to let me know if they have to stop early to avoid stressing her out, which I love. The space for boarding cats is totally lovely and a nice little zen environment for your kitty :) My cat has specific care instructions and medications and I was worried that would be incompatible with boarding, but they are so great about administering meds and it totally wasn't an issue at all! All the staff are really amazing, kind people who clearly love cats and truly care about treating them in the best possible way!"

"We thought Cozy Cattery would be a great place to take both of our cats since we were going out of town. We read a lot of their reviews. This was our first time going there. We dropped our cats off on 5/13/23 and picked them up on 6/3/23. We paid $931. I had communication with the staff while we were gone. Not once did anyone mention that something was wrong. We picked up our cats from Cozy Cattery and took them home. Once we got home, we saw that one of our cats long hair was shaved off on both sides and he had over 15 matted hairs. We couldn't believe what happened to our cat!! He was not like that when we dropped him off and we did not give them permission to shave him at all! We contacted Cozy Cattery. Left messages. Sent emails. Someone was suppose to reach out. When the manager contacted me, she claimed we brought our cat that way. They never took responsibility for what happened! We trusted them with both of our cats. We would never bring them back there again!!"

"We have been taking our baby here for vacations for about 5 years. We have had consistently excellent care. Our little guy gets really upset and complains a lot if we leave him home alone for a couple days with his auto feeder, but when we take him here he seems so content and calm when we come home. We recently left him for 2 weeks and he was totally fine when we got back, as though we had never left. We love the staff and the facility is really clean. They have bird videos and fish tanks. We have never had a problem and we will continue to use Cozy Cattery every time we go out of town. Such peace of mind!"

"I’ve brought my cat moon here a few times now and Cozy Cattery always puts my mind at ease! They’re all so great with cats and really care about making you and your fuzzy loved one comfortable. I highly recommend bringing your kitty here if you’re planning on going on vacation. They will make sure your cat receives love, attention, play time, food and anything else they need. I just recently discovered my cat is allergic to chicken and they made sure my cat’s food was strictly her lamb recipe and gave her no outside chicken treats! I really appreciate that. My cat is always in such a happy mood when I take her home from the Cozy Cattery and that’s how I truly know she enjoys being there and doesn’t mind me leaving her for a little while.
