"Go elsewhere. These doctors prescribed me a certain medicated dog food for my dog (has a severe skin allergy that’s causing cysts) . It’s been a month and they have yet to have it in stock, haven’t had it from the first day. I spend all kinds of money for a prescription food and it’s nowhere in town. Only petco or petsmart with clinic attached carry it. Pet smart won’t honor a petco prescription. Insane definitely don’t like pet smart either if they can’t honor a petco prescription. Like seriously are you guys about the animals or just business sharks? I called today and said what other food is okay for my dog to eat since we are trying the medicated diet route. This lady literally said any with a prescription. My dog has an environmental allergy that we already know of and she wants me to select from urinary care, digestive care, kidney care and weight management. These are prescribed foods mind you, I have a specific problem with my dog and the lady said I can pick any…. I need one for environmental/skin. It’s just crazy how you can spend so much on a dog but once they get your money they hardly care. The doctor herself is very nice and definitely seems to care but after the doctor visit plan on being on your own"
