"My red Mercedes had to be repainted due to a bad Mercedes paint job. They had the car for a month. When I drove away, I stopped to put the top down and it wouldn't work. I went back to Bob's. Several people were trying to figure out what was wrong. The technician who worked on the car told me it was not working properly when I brought it in. It was. He had disconnected a sensor. That also means they didn't put the top down when they painted the car. Not sure what that could mean in the long run, but not how a car is supposed to be painted. The paint did not look like I expected a new paint job to look like. I let them know I wasn't happy. They said to bring it back. What I had already learned was to get the paint to match they'd have to repaint the whole car again. I was very disappointed in the paint job. I sold the car. Someone said they'd never seen a car with S550 on it. They didn't put the L in SL550 back on the car. The family is wonderful, but they have a problem with their technicians. I'd never take my car to them again."
