"Took our vehicle in for an oil and filter change as well as rotate tires. Checked invoice and they did charge for those things. HOWEVER…. We marked our tires this time because the last time we suspected it hadn’t been done and once again they clearly were NOT rotated, but we were charged again. Waiting on a manager to call back. Word of advice ppl, mark your tires! Just because they say they did it doesn’t mean they did. Side Note: The only reason we’re taking our vehicle to the dealership for a service is because it’s under Warranty. Update: Day 1- We spoke to “Matt” (Director of Sevice). He took down the info and said he would speak to employees and call us back. Assured us he would remedy the situation. Day 2: Have not heard back from Matt. Left voicemail. Day 3: Service Department called my partner and after several questions he said they will review their video tape and get back to us. Day 4: Still no call back. Partner called "Matt" (Director of Service) and left a voicemail that we would like our tires rotated and not be charged again. Day 5: Natalie (Service Advisor) called and said the manager had reviewed the footage and had confirmed that our tire rotation had not been done. She said we could bring our vehicle back at our convenience. We're glad that it appears to have been resolved, but nearly 5 days in and multiple phone calls doesn't leave us with a great experience."

"We bought a car 9yrs ago 2015 altima choke problems with 1 recall regarding headlights, and another on the way which is paint flacking and I don't doubt more to come!! We have others cars that are much older that don't have nearly the issues like this car. We have a Honda and a jeep and paint is still on no RUST. Is anyone is dealing with is FILE NOW!! Giving them 1 Starr is painful.."

"I made my appointment for 8am, first appointment available and did show up on time to check in for my routine oil change and tire rotation. It’s 10:50am and they say it will take another half hour for my car to be ready because they only have one Hyundai technician…. In what planet does such a basic service take that long and why would the only (such a monopoly) Hyundai dealership have only one technician to perform such tasks? This place definitely takes away the joy of owning a car from a brand they represent. Buying a car from them was exhausting since they try to manipulate you to earn a higher commission and every time I bring my car for service is just a drag with the poor service and lame excuses to justify their subpar performance. This is such a poor alliance for such a well known brand as Hyundai and all the others they represent."

"I brought my car in because it wasn’t starting. My plug in told me the code was for p21.22 which is the pressure sensor. I told them that it was probably my battery not having enough charge to work my pressure sensor and they argued it was my starter. I told them to redo the codes and they said they will call me back. They never called me back and installed a new starter anyways. Charged me $800 for it to only start up and once I got home it died again. Had to pay $300 for a new battery and install the battery myself. Wasted $800 for a starter I didn’t need or want."

"AVOID taking your vehicle here at all costs. I took my Colorado (which I bought from Jim Falk Motors) in for a issue covered under warranty. Rick blew smoke in my face for 4 months, telling me he was dealing with the warranty company but eventually completely stopped responding to me no matter what avenue I tried to reach him. I found out later that he NEVER EVEN submitted a claim. So I got in contact with Wes, who strung me out for another month. The whole time he was very unresponsive and at one point told me he was busy and had other priorities. I was finally able to get ahold of the service department manager who assured me he would handle it. This companies way of handling it? Telling me they didn't want to deal with it any more and DROPPING THE ISSUE IN MY LAP! The real kicker is I contacted the warranty company using the number Wes provided, and had my issue resolved with the new parts on the way in under 1 hour. It was glaringly obvious that they lied straight to my face. 0 stars, do yourself a huge favor and take your business elsewhere."
