It's the speed of the ordeal that is advertised as their main advantage, and what you expect is that a branch will value your time. But NOPE, not here. If you booked your cut for a specific slot to squeeze into your busy day - FORGET IT. A grandpa who happened to walk in a minute before will be sat and patiently tended to for as long as it takes him to update the hairdresser on the minute details of life in his vast 'ohana, which takes a sweeet... long... while. and you - just shut up and wait like a little.. kid. Expected somewhere to be? not gonna happen. The price might be affordable, but the experience not worth it."
