"Absolutely worst experience of my life. I asked for a dark balayage and a short cut with layers and I was left with blonde fried hair with strange inconsistency with color and NO layers, and super poofy DRY hair. Used some dull thinning sheers and a razor on my very fine hair. My “layers” are literally longer on top than underneath. I have curly hair and it is even worse if not straightened. I literally drove home in tears. First photo is what I asked for the rest are of what I got. DO NOT GO!"
