"I don’t ever leave reviews of places but I felt like I should for this Supercuts. The hairdresser didn’t listen to my request to my request and instead essentially gave me a buzz cut. This came as a surprise as I had about 3-4 inches of hair that I wanted to keep pretty long. She also spun the chair around so I couldn’t see myself in the mirror for the majority of the haircut so there was no way I could protest. The whole thing felt extremely rushed and just wasn’t a good experience."

"I highly recommend and will go again! As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the staff and asked if I did an online check in or if they needed to check me in. The super nice woman in the front checked me in. Then I told my hairstylist that I already washed my hair and just needed a healthy trim to get rid of all the dead ends. Due to this he was very reluctant to get his hair cut from anyone, let alone someone new. Heather, did a awesome job. Sadly she was visiting from Kaneohea. He for once was completely happy. He will be going back to Heather. Made the appointment through the app on our phone. Easy and fast. On that day for us no wait. Highly recommend"
