"Since I have never had a facial before I was not sure what to expect. Jenna made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. The music that was playing throughout the facial was calming and allowed me to only focus on the present moment, which is rare for me since I always have a million thoughts running through my mind. She was attentive and asked plenty of questions about my skin before moving forward with just any products. She wanted to be sure that the product she used was the best one for my skin. Since it was my first time I really enjoyed that she explained what she was doing throughout the process, how everything should feel and the amount of time it would take for each step. I was not expecting a massage but throughout the facial Jenna offered an upper body massage that was amazing! She covered me in a blanket during the facial so I was warm too! After the massage I was surprised at how fresh my face felt. I went the rest of the day without even wearing make up. It was amazing and I can’t wait to go back!"
