"If you have long hair and want to keep length.. beware. I asked for 3 in trim. With layers. Hair to my butt, and it was cut much shorter. They took around 5 inches. I'm devastated. What could I say in person? Nothing can put the hair back. No "hey is this length okay?" From the cosmetologist. The hair cut was nice but my length, my hair.. it is so much shorter than I asked. I should have checked in and made sure " 3 in MAX". the length Is so important to me. That was my mistake to trust that they would only cut what I asked. BE CLEAR. BRING A MEASuring tape for reference. I left a tip ... and I feel like crying."

"Although very expensive. Most beauty products are here. They could use more variety of perfume brands. Like Killian Paris, Alt, & Dossier, Montel Paris, Baccarat Rouge, etc..."

"The staff is amazing. I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped me. I work nearby and had my bike stolen from right in front of Ulta (someone cut the lock) and I was in a total panic, came in crying asking if their video camera caught anything. She checked but it wasn’t pointing at the right bike rack. Luckily I found my bike and got it back with the help of HPD. The next day I went to work and locked my bike up (with even stronger locks of course) and noticed they had changed the angle of one of their cameras to point right at the bikes! Just so thoughtful and sweet and they obviously wanted to be able to help if that ever happened again. I don’t wear makeup or do much beauty stuff but I’ll be in there getting some shampoo or nail polish or something because they deserve my business. Thank you guys for caring!"
