"I really love this office. I had to get an implant because own of my teeth cracked completely in half and Dr. Wong and his staff were so knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole procedure. It really put me at ease, and the staff answered all of my panic induced questions LOL Also, shoutout to my favorite hygienist, Rachel. "Let me start with . . . I usually have an irrational phobia of going to the dentist . Having shared that - I'm completely comfortable with Dr. Kristi Koyanagi. I received Invisalign treatments, so I went to the office every 4-5 weeks. At the beginning of my Invisalign treatments, I had many questions, all of which were answered. I remembered sharing that my sister's Invisalign was cutting her gums and her dentist told her to file them down herself. At Dentaworks, they said if there is ever a problem with the liners, it was THEIR job to fix it, not mine. "Like most I’m normally not a fan of going to the dentist, Dentaworks made it a painless experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to take me on short notice to do a cleaning and exam. Dr Koyanagi personally did the cleaning and exam. She was very conscious of my comfort and had good communication throughout the procedure. She also took time to discuss my X-rays and exam and definitely didn’t seem rushed like most offices. Overall I would highly recommend Dentaworks and Dr Koyanagi."
