"My hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very unprofessional. She was very friendly and we both connected because we both lived in Seattle and visit Vancouver a lot, but the entire time, she was talking to me non-stop. In a hygienist, you want someone who is focused on doing the job, not making small talk. My mouth had a pool of blood and she was far opposite from being gentle. I have never had this happen to me before from an out of state holistic dentist. For a week, the back of my gums bleed after I brushed my teeth. I honestly felt she damaged my teeth and was very rough with the cleaning. She did ask me to let her know when my teeth were sensitive during the cleaning, and when she was roughly cleaning my front teeth, it HURT. My front teeth weren't sensitive before I came in, but now they are sensitive daily. I currently have 3 teeth that are highly sensitive now and I had none before my cleaning. I wish I spoke up during my visit. Don't be afraid to let them know that it hurts. This is my first and last visit. Dr. M was good and the ladies at the front were very nice, but due to the cleaning alone, I will never come back here."
