"Pigtails & Crewcuts is amazing! The stylists take so much care and are so kind and considerate to my keiki. I have been here twice now to get my son's hair cut (his first one at 2, second now at almost 3). They give him animal crackers to enjoy while cutting his hair, and they make sure he is relaxed and not afraid as they cut his hair. Both times his hair has come out super cute! He loves the lollipop and toy he gets at the end as well. The only thing I don't particularly love is how crowded it gets in their lobby, but that is understandable considering how popular they are and the fact that they have an awesome train set for the kids to play with while they wait. The super cute planes and cars they have to choose from to sit in are awesome, too!"

"Great staff and an awesome environment for the kiddos to get a not so fun, but necessary, task completed. My daughter had her first cut here, and I’ll just say, she didn’t want to leave. From the really cool trains/track for the waiting room to the fun and comforting experience Ms. Henriette gave to my daughter. We will be back as soon as a haircut is needed!"

"The staff members that were present during our visit were all welcoming. Hairstylist my sons had appointments with were phenomenal. Henriette worked with my 4 year old; she was very welcoming and understanding with him, he was cooperative which he isn’t all the time given the fact that he is Autistic and doesn’t warm up to others so quickly the way he did with her. My 1 year old had his first hair cut with Ms. Jhonelyn. She was so patient with him, she was kind and loving towards him during his haircut, which as a mother, I appreciated rather than her trying to just get it over and done with. Thank you ladies, we’ll definitely be back"

"Our barber, Leanne, was phenomenal with our fussy 2.5 year old boy and was very kind and patient with him. I initially didn't think we'd be able to get it done because he was absolutely in meltdown mode and not having it, but Leanne was not deterred in the slightest and did the best job with his cut. We were very impressed. The only thing we're sad about is that we're only visiting the islands. We would love to have had her as our son's regular barber! Love that this location gives out treats to the kids!"
