"Terrible experience. I had no problem at all with my wisdom teeth. but he kept on recommending to remove them. After so many times, I followed his advice. That was a big mistake!! I changed dentist and now having problems with deep bucket around the last tooth because food always gets stuck there. It creates inflammation. Other dentists said I should have never took those wisdom teeth out. That was a bad advice. I understand why Dr young always pushed me to to that. Probably a nice referral commission from the other surgeon that removed my 4 wisdom teeth unnecessary! Shame on you."

"Terribly unprofessional management system. They charged me cancellation fee after one year later which I surely remember I talked to the nurse and canceled but the manager said she left and threatened at me to call policy if no pay. Who can remember the exact date and time for the cancellation after one year? The manager keeps insisting I need to pay $10 based on their computer record "No show" one year ago! In order to use their office, we should always record phone call and keep all the record over one year. It is nonsense business. They are so unprofessional and bully."

Dr. Young offers a variety of services especially on airway focused dental care. In addition, his receptionists are very organized and lets me know ahead in advance when I have an appointment coming up (via text message, email etc). They even fit me into their busy schedule immediately when I chipped my tooth. Thank you Dr. Young and staff for taking great care of my teeth! Truly grateful!
