"EDIT PLEASE READ: My stylist quit and I went in today 3/24/24 I got gabby. The girl I originally spoke with said she trusted her. She stated how my hair was tangled and matted. She goes on to say "You don't brush your hair do you". Got up and left. She asked me if I'm okay with the price like what? I came here for quality not penny pinching. My phone died. The receptionist had an attitude manager is no longer there. I asked her "When is it okay to put someone down and not build someone up?" " well I don't know what it takes to be a stylist" "Saying someone's hair is matted is not okay" "well you were last here in 2022" "Still not okay and your behavior and hers" " Okay I've been trying to be nice to you". Absolutely not. VERBATIM THE CONVERSATION. Women of color, I suggest NOT going here. My review 2 years ago is below Amazing place! They do curly hair!! I'm puerto rican and black and Shawn is amazing and made me feel gorgeous and my hair healthy. I wish i could give this place 10 stars!!"
