"my friend made an appointment for us to get pedicures together. she arrived before me and when i arrived no one greeted me or said anything. after waiting 20 minutes, i asked when someone was getting to me. they said it’ll be a few minutes so i waited 10 min more. at this point my friend was basically done w her pedicure. when the technician came over she was extremely rude shoving the nail colors at me commanding me to pick a color immediately. i couldn’t believe the attitude i was getting after patiently waiting 30 minutes past my apt time. this isn’t my first rude experience at nail story."

"Expensive, started my appt 25 min late, then It took 3 hours and 45 minutes for a gel pedi and dip mani!! Usually this service takes 90 min-2 hours MAX. And this was with 2 technicians working on me. The manicure didn’t include soak, cuticle care, lotion, or a massage. No clue how this place has a 4.7 rating! They did a holographic powder on my toes then charged me $20 extra for that at the end of my service without telling me. Tiny selection of dip with no matching colors and my nails aren’t smooth and shiny, they show the file marks after the top coat. This is what $128 plus tip got me."

My nails will literally last 4 weeks without a full and you’ll barely be able to tell. Every style I’ve came to them with, they’re able to do and they do it perfect every single time.
