"I bought a bag for my wife for Christmas. She held onto it because it was a gift, but eventually it was clear she would never use it. She wanted a different more expensive bag from Prada. I took it back, and the staff n manager politely explained the “company policy” was no returns after about 2-3 weeks. We had all the receipts, the bag was untouched in the cover n box n inside the Prada shopping bag. The same day I took my daughter’s Christmas bag back to Coach. We had no receipts. They took it with no questions asked, and I bought my daughter a different purse she loves, that was twice as much as the original. At Coach Customer Satisfaction was Store Policy. At Prada, Customer Satisfaction took a back seat to “store policy”. I have a wife and four pampered daughters. I buy lots of high-end products for them. However I will never set foot in Prada again. My girls will have to content themselves with Gucci, LV, YSL, and of course Coach. For such an expensive store, one would expect customer service to trump store policy. At Prada, Guess not!"

"Hiromi is so kind and helpful. She really paid attention to what I liked and found the perfect bag for me when I didn't previously know about the style. She didn't have a card at the time but hopefully I will see her again next time. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful."

"I recently visited this location at the Ala Moana, I was greeted by an unpleasant male associate, which was every rude, and greeted me in a very unprofessional way! These high end stores, looks down on customers on how they look. I basically was shopping for a gift for my mom, and was turned down because I was in a female store. And the first words that came out of his mouth when I entered the store, was. “” I’m sorry this is a lady’s store and mens store is on the other side! Didn’t even acknowledge me, and ask me who I’m I shopping for how can I help you. Basically this is how” Kristie Dela Veg” trains her employees to be rude and disrespectful"
