"Do not buy a hat from this company. I bought a koolringal men's wicker hat while we were in Maui. They wicker began to fall apart after 2 weeks. I called the store and they said they don't deal with warranty. So I emailed Chapel Hats. They said there is a 30 day warranty but the tags have to be on the hat. Who keeps the price tag on their hat while they use it. Horrible quality and even worse customer service."
