"Horrible attitude from worker, some hats accidentally fell onto my mom (not on the ground or anything, into her hands) and she gave my mom a mean look, rolling her eyes."
"Dear owner, Your employees are costing you business. My wife and I went in there yesterday (2/22/23) on a whim before grabbing some groceries from a neighboring store. My wife picked out several items that she was interested in and I had a question about one in particular. The exact question was, “Is this handmade?” The employee stared at me for several seconds and seemed utterly confused by my question and didn’t respond. I then again asked the same question to which the employee responded in a snark manner that she didn’t know. I really didn’t care one way or another if it was handmade, as I would have bought it along with several other items. I questioned the employee as to why, out of nowhere, she seemed to have an attitude. She immediately became defensive and I asked if my question, is this handmade, was odd or out of line, to which she replied “yes.” At that point, my wife and I put everything back and walked out. I understand in these times it’s hard to find workers, but this is definitely the worst interaction I’ve had with anyone on the island and we’ve been visiting yearly for the last 3 years. Rude for absolutely no reason and seemed to not care about our business."
