"Ross has everything and more and always a great price! From a swim suite to outfit or electronic replacements or sassy new sun glasses they’ve got a large selection and helpful staff."
"I saw two employees standing together talking in the store. I asked politely where the clothes hangers were. The lady was in the middle of training an employee. She gave me a rude look and made me feel l8ke I was putting her out. This is know way to treat paying customers. The same thing happened again with a male employee, near the front of the store. It's not right to speak rudely to customers and make them feel uncomfortable."
"Every Ross on Maui is different and we enjoy a drive to the west side to see what deals we can find at the Ross store in Lahaina. The store is well organized and has plenty of parking and shopping carts. We have noticed at all Ross increases in time waiting in line. Probably due to short staffing. For tourists this will be the place you should go if you need clothing while traveling and staying in Maui’s west side."
"I mean… it’s a Ross. What do you expect? It was an absolute mess but is located in a nice plaza with ample parking and local markets. We did find a few good thrifts in here and a nice water bottle. This place is good if you’re travelling and in a pinch for something."
