"This place is overall amazing, the food, and the majority of the staff are so welcoming. This is my second time staying in the area because we loved it so much. But on the last day I went in to get souvenirs to take home. I had who I believe was a manager follow me around the store and it made me very uncomfortable. Instead of coming up to me and asking if I needed help (which I did need help in the little jewelry area) he followed me around all the way to the cashier to "make sure" we paid. It felt so odd as I had been going for the last week to buy anything we needed and a lot of the staff had recognized us already. But this experince did overall taint my perspective on the store."
"The only reason I’m writing this is because of Ryan in the liquor area usually. He’s always quick on his feet to alleviate the line at the front and help out customers with paying. On my way to work sometimes I stop in and grab a drink and if there’s a slight line he’ll call us over! Very courteous and always friendly"
"Came here to pick up a few items, and ended up ordering food, glad we did. The food was delicious and the coffee and smoothies were just as great. We actually came here a second time for breakfast (which we don’t do often)."
"Everything that you need and more! Don’t be fooled by the look of the outside. Inside is bright and clean. They have cold food, hot food, drinks, alcohol and snacks! All your Hawaii trinkets that you need and more! Boba tea place also inside!"
