"The website says quite clearly, but the store opens for business at 9:30am. The (self-appointed) manager Chris usually waltzes in around 11:00am, or whenever he gets there (I suppose-idk) In any event I had made arrangements the night before with the evening staff to purchase a pair of shorts and that they would honor and match their own company's website of 30% off. Well the following morning when I went to pickup and pay for the item, Chris (self appointed) manager refused to acknowledge and simply kept repeating like a broken record "We don't match online prices" without any other LOGICAL argument even though I pointed out that it was from their company's OWN website, he just staring blankly and kept repeating "We don't match online prices" (like a annoying parrot) His feeble flex made no sense, and if it doesn't make sense...it doesn't make dollars!!! I left without the shorts, and Quick Silver now has one l less customer. My suggestion is that Chrisy (man-boy) needs to go back and take a refresher course in public relations/customer service 101 or...go back to manning the Drive-Thru window"

"I had pulled some sandals from the rack to purchase and when they were scanned the price came up different than what was on the tag. He said they could not honor it because they messed up on the pricing and it should be the more expensive pricetag. The tags were identical with the same style, color, and size and even the UPC matched. Not good customer service. Went to billabong and spent my money elsewhere."
