"The food truck garden Byblos is in is wonderful. Vibrant, alive with people and delicious smells. Byblos Express is a jewel in a sea of local food on this island. Lebanese food in Honolulu? You betcha'! And, some of the best I've had. So far, all I've had is the falafel sandwich combo. Sandwich, big, heaping portion of fries and a canned drink (Coke for me, as always). Comes with garlic sauce (toum) that is mind blowing. $17, I think. Service is fantastic. Food is unique and great. Can't wait to go back again and try something else (looking forward to lamb). Edit: 1/31/24. Finally had a lamb kabob. Absolutely amazing. Savory and fresh. Fries were better than last time. Can't give this place enough stars. I will be eating here as much as I can. "Airy outdoor seating area for this food truck. Its located within the foodtruck park. This is a nice addition in waikiki since middle eastern food is not easy to come by. It is halal too. I had the lamb kebab combo. Not bad. Portions are big. Just the kebab would have been enough for me. Wished they had ketchup for the fries though. Expect to wait a bit as orders take a bit to prepare."

"Words can’t describe what a delight this spot is, bringing true authentic Mediterranean flavors to Hawaii. This is a must go to spot if you are a food person or loves Lebanese food. The hummus is on point. I can’t say enough about the flavors flavors and quality ingredients as everything tastes so fresh. Like fine details this food truck is a gem in Waikiki across the street from the whale Mural on the building."

"Purchased a lamb wrap at this food truck. The lamb was cold, overcooked, dry, and flavorless. One bite was enough. Drove back to the food truck and gave them the uneaten wrap and politely requested a refund. Their approach was less than gracious. They told me other customers liked the wrap and, besides, I’d eaten it. Incredible. They begrudgingly refunded my $15. I then unwrapped the wrap to take these photographs. This is less than 15 minutes after we ordered it. Does it look tasty to you?"
