"So first off, it's a subway. Nothing too special there. As far as the staff went, there was only one person on site. I have no idea why building management thinks it's it's such a fantastic idea to keep the building staffed with a single person when most subways function with 3-4. Spoiler Alert: It's not a fantastic idea. But that one staffed person has the patience of a Saint. They did an excellent job, and they were able to handle large orders and mobile orders and welcome guests into the store without frustration or any adverse effects. There seems to be a bit of a gnat problem. I'm not sure what's with the absurd amount of gnats in there, but they should probably figure that out."
