Reviews
"Food was very bland…. I ordered the beef broccoli and it had water pooling underneath it. We both took a bite or two of our plates and just left after paying.. We didn’t expect the food to be this bad, especially in such a convenient location. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless."
"My wife and I ordered carry out from this chinese restaurant based on its strong reviews. I had their premier dish of orange chicken and my wife had a beef dish. Both of our meals were really bland and no real taste at all. My wife rescued her with some soy sauce we had at our rental, but there was no improving mine. I don't know how the high ratings have been earned if our experience is reflective of their offerings. Very average and would not return."
"The food was phenomenal but what sold me was the service. 6 star service from Pomai, she was probably the most friendly person we've encountered in Hawai'i. Would recommend to anyone! Excellent vegetarian options as well :)"
"I loved the poke plate Hawaiian style with rice and lomi lomi (tomatoes, onions, green onions and salted salmon). The garlic chicken plate was also very good. We came back twice. The food was still freshly made and tasty but not as delicious as on our first visit. Staff was very friendly. The lady patiently explained the different variations of poke they offered on our first visit: shoyu, hawaiian and spicy. We liked that individual wishes were possible."
"Great restaurant for real Hawaiian food in the middle of Kona. The kalua pork, and lau lau plates were wonderful. They had 4 different kinds of poke. You can try 3 kinds on the Eloku platter or just choose one for the poke plate."
