"Great addition for the people of North Kohala. Many new Ross items that were donated and can find a new home for very good prices. The service agent is nice and always willing to provide a discount if you are on a slim budget. I always give more than my purchase price because the agency trains those who need a hand up, not a hand out and want to learn job skills."

"Very bad customer service, one of the cashiers put stuff that I didn't buy into my cart, and I payed for it all without noticing, I got a refund for the stuff that I didn't buy but only got half of my money back, very rude employees too. The manager was also rude towards me when I made a complaint. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"The Goodwill store in Waikoloa Village is very clean, organized and majority of the things are very lightly used or brand new with tags on them. The staff is very friendly with Aloha. I think they are comparable to a Ross store I got some new clothes that was lightly used and one still had the tag on it, for which I got it for a good price. I will be back!"
