"Cute surf clothing shop but I do not recommend going here to rent snorkel gear. A one day rental is much more expensive than smaller, local shops ($20/day), the interaction felt very rushed and I didn’t have the chance to check the snorkels before we left (the employee didn’t have us try anything on, it was only put in a bag). When I got my snorkel gear out to put it on, it was so scratched I couldn’t use it for the manta ray night snorkel. We used snorkel shops on other islands to help inform us on the best snorkel locations, conditions for the day, tips and tricks etc.. and the employee we worked with here had no information for us. They also don’t supply maps or de-fog solution (they only spray it once). I would suggest supporting a local snorkel shop instead. Despite that, this store has cute surf clothing and the employee was very nice!"

"I recently shopped here and the matching bikini top I wanted was at the store on the other side of the island. However, that was no problem for them. They went to all the trouble of getting the item brought over to Hilo and then shipped on to me in Oahu. Great customer service! Even when the address needed amending. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They showed me a lot of aloha spirit! Mahalo"

"Amazing canoe adventure and our guide was the BEST! I know I will probably spell his name wrong, Lukia-most genuine 17 year old guide! Was super informative, hilarious and did well with 3 old ladies from the Midwest. Booking was a breeze, and we had a great time! Thank you for a great day on the water! Good luck at college!"

"Olivia and I'hi (is that spelling correct my friend?!) are the best! We must have gone back to their shop 10x during our 2-week stay in Waikaloa. These two felt more like friends than store staff. They are professional and knowledgable. I grabbed a surfboard rental that I was happy with and we got some other quality stuff. Would definitely go back next time!"

"This company is outstanding! Olivia is Supa Rad! They went above and beyond to accommodate our short notice SUP rental, they moved things around to get the boards to us at what I would have to say was faster than the speed of light. They had all the sizes we needed , provided pick up and drop off, racks to transport if we needed , the boards and equipment were in pristine condition. Did I mention how badass Olivia was , she called and provided updates in real time and was truly a gem to work with. Highly recommend this place and that Olivia gets a raise."
