"I went into rip curl tonight and immediately got barked at by a women with long black hair that said in a scolding tone, SIR WE ARE CLOSED!, like I just walked past a big blinking sign or something that says closed. I walked out and just to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. I ask the people next to me, that was also coming out, if she was just that rude or was it me. They told me yes and thought she was very aggressive. Oh and I also checked my watch and it said 6:51. Didn’t know when they closed but it looks like it’s actually 7pm according to Google maps. I went down a couple shops and bought my shirts at Hulakai from a gentleman named Chris that was as nice as can be and it was a completely opposite experience."

"Shopped at the King’s Plaza Store in Waikaloa on Saturday, July 21, 2018. Young girl working there was very sweet and helpful. I watched her stay cool and nice to a customer (a man) that was being a bit “gruff” with her. She was very sweet to me. You have a good employee in her. Keep her."
