"Really tasty food, super friendly service. The Day Off smoothie is really good, and they make a good brownie too. The fruits smelled so fresh and sweet as I walked past people eating it. Normally, right next to a tourist attraction, you get a mediocre place that knows you don’t have any other options, but I was pleasantly surprised by this place, and I recommend you stop by and support them on your way to/from Pololu Valley."
"The food is so fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is spectacular. This is also the nearest opportunity to get food/drinks and use the restroom (port-a-potty) to the Polulu Trail. I can highly recommend the vegetarian poke nachos & a juice/hibiscus tea blend, and sitting to enjoy the natural beauty of the place."
"I had an incredible dining experience at the off-the-grid Hawaii restaurant! The freshness of locally grown ingredients, especially the coconut, added a delightful touch. The chicken bowl with wild mushrooms was a savory masterpiece, and the finale with papaya ice cream was a sweet symphony. A true farm-to-table gem, deserving of five stars for its commitment to organic, local, and delicious cuisine!"
"STOP HERE! A beautiful fruit stand/food truck with gorgeous fruit trees just a stones throw away that you can see on the property. The tangerines are sour and sweet and delicious (only 4 for$1). Perfect slice of soft and moist banana bread. The ahi poke nachos were fresh and delicious (compliments chef!). I ordered a limeade... just right and not too sweet. There is plenty of seating, so you can take in the views and see their animals (donkeys, cows and caught a glimpse of a wild pig across the road). So glad a good friend recommended it to me."
"This place is an experience in itself. It’s a food truck that has outdoor seating overlooking the ocean, can’t get much better than that. We were there on a Sunday afternoon so it was fairly busy and they had a live music. If you get one item definitely get the pork nachos. They were excellent. The chicken plate was also tasty, the chicken was flavorful and juicy. The basil lemonade was very refreshing. I would also recommend giving the chocolate ice cream a try. I think it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Overall I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in this area. When we come back to the Big Island this will definitely be a place we would drive out of our way for to come to again."
