"Very disappointed. Parking isn’t great but not a huge deal. We ordered a side salad and wings for an appetizer as soon as we arrived. The salad was $13, and got out to us about 5 minutes before our pizza (40 minutes of waiting for food). The pizza was delivered before the wings, and we ended up telling them to forget about the wings because it took so long. Ordered a large pizza which wasn’t cheap and we were not pleased to say the least. The crust was soggy and not pleasant. Would not recommend this restaurant for multiple reasons."

"Our first meal was after a long day of travel. We had a good experience with good pizzas and salads and an attentive server. We looked forward to going back. Our second time there was the worst. The hostess refused to seat the four of us in a booth set up for four, telling us they needed to save the bigger tables for later. She seated us at a small table for four. We waited 15 minutes before a server came to our table, waiting on another table of folks who had just come in. We ordered a pizza and two Ceasar salads with chicken, which came after another wait. The chicken was dry and the croutons were hard enough to break a tooth. The pizza came an hour after we arrived and only after we hailed the server, who had totally ignored us. The pizza8m came with no apology and a lame explanation. Terrible ending for our week on Kauai!!"

"Hideaways Pizza Pub was all around fantastic! The staff was super friendly and we got our food quickly. I loved the mid-2000s music they were playing. My wife and I shared an appetizer and pizza. Cranberry and Pear Salad: this salad was delicious! The "appetizer" size fed two people perfectly. We substituted feta for the blue cheese, and the cranberries, pears, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette were amazing! The Hawaiian Pizza: this pizza really hit the spot! We both commented on how good the crust tasted, toasted to perfection. Overall, a solid pizza!"

"Where to start. It took forever to get my drink and that should have been a warning to me. They apparently "lost" our pizza ticket and only told us after groups, who came in way after the two of us, got their food AND dessert. Only then we were told. Groups came and left while the two of us waited. When we finally got the pizza, it was very good. Follow up: they did comp our two drinks, one Mai Tai and one diet coke, and they did offer us free dessert. So they did try and make it up to us."
