"Last year when I first transferred my service with this office I worked with Michelle. Michelle Cardenas was great, friendly and very professional. In December of 2022 I called the office to inquire about something that was on my account. The girl who answered the phone was down right nasty, rude, with a really bad attitude. I could tell she's Filipina and I guess she could tell I'm Filipino as well and she felt the need to belittle me on the phone. She was very rude, and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner and she said no, and he does not speak to customer. For some reason my insurance went up almost $800 for this coming renewal. I don't even have any points on my record. I do not like this surprises. I would not recommend this office to anyone."
