"Kraftsman is great! Repeat customer - Worked with Jeremy again who helped me this time repair a super rare bumper, before they painted it. No other bodyshop would even take the time to entertain that. Paint was a spot on match for my front end respray. My go-to bodyshop in Kona!"
"All expectations met or exceeded. Had our Toyota RAV repaired. The shop fixed the car perfectly for the amount they said they would in the time frame they promised. All staff helpful and professional. They were also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company for me."
"Kraftsman Auto Body did an awesome job on repairing the damage to my truck. It looks as I just drove it off the lot as new vehicle. I highly recommend Kraftsman for any auto body repairs."
"Kraftsman auto body has such a welcoming and efficient team. They made it effortless for me to get my repairs done as well as my rental car while my vehicle was in their shop. Really made it extremely easy for me and really took care of me. Appreciate them and all they did."
"Dishonest and evasive. I had brought my car in about a year ago to discuss damage repair. They told me they'd be happy to fix The damage but they didn't know how long it would be for parts. I decided to go with another shop but came back a year later to fix something else on the same car. They wanted $150 to make a repair estimate for a parking lot door ding. They told me that all body shops charge for estimates. I had just gotten an estimate for the same repair an hour earlier and another body shop and they didn't charge me anything. I explained this and asked if they would consider a lower estimate? c They flip flopped and told me they don't work on my brand of car even though they had just told me they did. Why is honesty so difficult? Isn't honesty more important than wealth? Isn't greed still dishonest?"
