"Dishonest and evasive. I had brought my car in about a year ago to discuss damage repair. They told me they'd be happy to fix The damage but they didn't know how long it would be for parts. I decided to go with another shop but came back a year later to fix something else on the same car. They wanted $150 to make a repair estimate for a parking lot door ding. They told me that all body shops charge for estimates. I had just gotten an estimate for the same repair an hour earlier and another body shop and they didn't charge me anything. I explained this and asked if they would consider a lower estimate? c They flip flopped and told me they don't work on my brand of car even though they had just told me they did.
