I was visiting HI for the first time with my parents (their first time too) and we originally went to the store on front street. We fell in love with your shirts but that shop didn't much as much inventory. We went to this store the next day and Kevin spent a good amount of time helping us and taking us thru each product with detail and patience. I never thought of retail as "sales" as I sell internet software but his knowledge and help made me think things thru... there are sales people and there are reps who care and Kevin is one of them.
