"Let me start by saying I love Travis Mathew and all of their clothing. That said, either go to the store in Lahaina or go online. I brought my two sons here and figured they could either play store provided ping pong or Pacman while I tried clothes on. The guy working told them it was too hot to play Ping Pong and that he wouldn't turn the machine on as it "puts out too much heat". It was not an overly hot day and we had been there two days earlier and they played without issue. We left and I didn't end up buying anything. Again, amazing brand but after the experience we had at the Newport Beach store the Maui one is a total let down."

"Awful customer service!! The brand is Tarvis Mathews and the store is Travis Mathews. Shouldn't be too much confusion on where the swimming trunks I bought came from. Not to mention the transaction was recorded by my "Loyalty Number"!!! But store policy is I need the original tags and receipt?? What, are we in the 1950's?!?! What a ridiculously antiquated policy on a new store!! Too bad because you have now lost a customer who used to shop and buy Travis Mathews regularly."

"Carlos is the best! Purchased a TM Maui hat for a souvenir but it ended up coming unstitched. Got to know Carlos while shopping and just so happened to talk to him again while calling from my home after vacation to advise him of my issue. He sent me out a new hat within days of my phone call. Excellent customer service."
