Black Rock Pizza

"Absolutely awesome pizza. I had the Mexican 8" pizza. It was sooo gooood! My wife who is a vegetarian was able to make a pizza for her liking. The restaurant also has lunch specials. Atmosphere was great. Fun signs all around, including the rest room. Service was great too. We ate there twice on our visit to Hawaii. There isn't much parking in the lot. Expect to park on the street. Some guest had their dogs. They were required to eat on the outside serving area."

"Vegan cheese! Dairy free for the win with this amazing pizza place. The atmosphere is as welcoming as the staff. The dragonflies lemonade is solid. California Pizza Kitchen used to make a Thai pizza similar to Black Rock's Spicy Thai but this one is way better. This spicy fusion is the perfect amount of heat and a perfectly crispy crust. The kids had a regular pepperoni and bacon but it was stellar. They also have outdoor seating!"

"Black Rock Pizza is an excellent pizza restaurant with a diverse selection. Make sure to try pizzas from both sections: Local Kine Pizzas and Signature Pizzas. We particularly enjoyed the Local Boy pizza and ABC pizza. The restaurant's location is also fantastic. Visit in the evening for a delightful pizza experience with an incredible view. Bloody Mary 4/10"

"We found this restaurant on our way to Kona and read its reviews and decided to give it a go. I must say it was one of the best pizzas we ever had. We ordered a medium size chicken/eggplant? pizza and a salad . Both were great and portions were generous and enough to fill two adults. Service was great and the space was nicely decorated. If visit the big island again, definitely will go to this amazing pizzeria."
