"I agree with what someone said, “no Aloha spirit in this place”. The afternoon staff on 3/14 appeared quite clueless and unprofessional. If they can't prepare the order correctly, at least they should provide good service. They were slow at processing orders, not due to being busy, but without providing any explanation for the delay."

"It is the 3rd time, ordering chicken nuggets and no chili sauce. They are putting it on the menu but not being loyal to customers. They are just trying to get rid of there chicken nuggets so people don't go to chick-fila. That is a very rude strategy!! King st., North school st, and waikamilo mcdonalds has the sauce. They should be more honest to customers. When ordering at drive thru and I ask for chili sauce the order taker don't say any thing about if they ran out of chili sauce the time I find out is when they give me my full order, and there are no sauce with my order. Then I asked, where are the sauce nothing in the bag?That person respond what kind of sauce you want? I say, chili sauce. And the person that gave me the food replied, oh we don't have chili sauce! And then I drove away with no sauce. My granddaughter said, we shouldn't go here no more. They took our money and didn't give what we wanted. Kids get very mixed up with terrible service!!! Mcdonalds 1055 beretania st. Don't go there!!!"

"Fast service. Fairly hot food. They were patient with us as we ordered. Drink area was clean. No condiments out but they had already provided along with napkins. Glad to try the McRib this year. Thank you"

"Service is always spot on. More convenient now that you can you your app at drive thru. The only draw back is you have to pick your time of day wisely. They are so busy and the line can extend out onto Beretania during their peak hours. I would suggest going off peak or walking inside to expedite your experience."
