"Menus were soggy and falling apart. Their utensils looked like they belonged in a museum. It wasn't a great start to the meal."
"Service was non existent. Had to wave down a serve to order and they checked up on us 0 times throughout the meal. The portion cost-per-portion of the appetizers was disappointing. The tables are propt up using paper towels and the chairs had oil stains from ramen left after the previous party. The food tasted good though. Food Quality (1-5): 4 Taste, freshness, presentation, and culinary creativity. Service (1-5): 1 Friendliness, efficiency, and knowledge of the staff. Ambience (1-5): 2 Decor, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere. Cleanliness: 2 Overall hygiene of the place including restrooms and dining area. Value: 3 Pricing of the food and beverages in relation to quality and portion sizes"
"Went to try Tanaka Ramen. Had the combination ramen. Very tasty, good broth and pieces of char siu. No fishcake"
"Pretty meh. I got takeout ramen from them in the past but I’m not a fan of their takeout containers or the fact that the prices are on the higher side for ramen. Today, I switched things up by getting their karaage bun and pork bun. Very small and very expensive. Taste wasn’t anything special. Doesn’t compare favorably to Golden Pork’s pork bun, which is cheaper, larger, and much tastier."
"Aloha people; so I must say that for a Ramen shop located in the mall this place is really good, the Ramen had group dashi flavor and the truffle fries were damn good ( thin sliced and crunchy). The staff was ok, I felt like it was family run and everyone was in a hurry. But nothing horrible for sure... it was definitely busy on a Friday night as we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. And there are plenty of shops to keep you busy while you wait. Go check it out, you will love it."
