"I love Mahina’s inventory, especially the earrings. The customer service this weekend at the Ala Moana location was HORRIBLE. I don’t care if I shop here all the time, or if it’s my first time- as a person who works in retail, you have to greet your paying customers all the same. You can’t just choose who you want to help and who you don’t."

"If you don’t come on the day they put out their new stuff, good luck, because during the week there’s a lot less sizes and product… it’s hit or miss. Uncomfortable to have no service in a boutique as small as this one. Helped myself to the fitting room and put everything back. The lack of service was a turn off. There’s always new faces working which says a lot!!"

"Very beautiful collection. One of your staff name Ms. aabelaye was very nice and soft spoken. Because of her I bought two dresses. She made me feels welcome and not judged my appearance. The other staff that was with her today not so friendly, she is very abrupt, no smile and when I ask her if there is A larger size for certain item she abruptly told me “ whatever hanging in there that’s the only one available). But when I ask Ms. Aabelaye about the other dresses larger size, Ma Aabelaye nicely advise me that she will check on the back. The other staff definitely need to learn from Ms. Aabelaye customer services professionalism. Maybe the other staff has bad day or maybe because i was running errands and looks like hobo lol. Anyway great store and it will be more greater if all staff have customer service approach as Ms. Aabelaye."
