"The morning staff is horrible. I make my order online way ahead of time and they’re still 10 minutes late when I arrive to pick it up. My food is done and getting cold but my drink order takes forever. The two female baristas that work the morning shift are very slow and rude. They sing, laugh, and have a good time while everyone is watching them while waiting. People make online orders because they want to make it into work on time. The manager is a great guy however, doesn’t manage them, instead he’s moping the floor or wiping down the machines while they’re making drinks. The morning crew needs to be quicker because people are trying to make it into work."

"I'm saying my experience using the mobile app. The coffee was great as normal. First time using the mobile app, it makes you purchase a gift card to order your coffee. I do not like this option, because my order was only $12.50, I had to purchase a $25 gift card. This is why I'm giving it three stars."
