"Everything was paid for (Home Depot) and waiting on the installer's. I get a call "I'm 30 minutes away and it's just me by myself can you move all your furniture out. I said I'm a Disabled Veteran and a senior citizen, he says just move your furniture. He got here and I couldn't move my 75" TV so he says get on the other side, told him again "I'm a Disabled Veteran and in my 60's so he grabbed my TV and broke it. He comes in coughing and choking while rubbing his face with his mask, last night I was so sick, so going back to the hospital. Long story short, he didn't install my carpet cussing at me in Spanish and drove away and I ended up in the hospital, blew out my back. So no Christmas for me/family it's 3 days of bed rest and 7 days of light duty."

They provided a Superior Install with Superior Workmanship and ended with a Superior clean up. I just want to thank them both publicly for providing some of the best service i have received in years. "The carpet installation was great...which is the only reason they deserve one star, but the removal of tile and installation of premium vinyl flooring...hideous. They tore a hole in our couch, left gouges in the kick plates of our cabinets, left large areas away from the cabinets (which did not have floor boards, but will require it now), did not move our furniture as we paid for and barely covered it, showed up at about 10am and left about 3pm each day and left tools all over the house each day when they left...including a huge tile remover right next to our bed in the master bedroom. They have no pride in their work at all. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!"

"This company is completely unprofessional! They have stalled our floor install for weeks due to their employees reporting they were sick. They rescheduled and did a no call no show, the next reschedule they did they were over 2 and a half hours late! When they finally arrived the manager came by himself (it should’ve been more than one person if they planned to seriously do their job) and ripped up a corner of the carpet in the living room and made up a excuse about the floor being wet (it was only one spot) to leave and not finish the job he said he was going to complete that day. It’s their job to rip up carpet! It’s not a glamorous job but at the end of the day this is why people pay them to change their flooring! Keep in mind we have a disabled elderly lady living here! The house is in disarray and furniture has been out side for days! He ensured that tomorrow he would have 2 employees get the job done correctly and fast. The next day a employee came and said that he couldn’t do it cause he was sick (the same played out excuse we’ve heard before, why are you coming to work if you’re sick?)Should’ve known better because their unprofessionalism being late and not following up in a timely manner already had been demonstrated. If you are getting flooring installed with Home Depot and they’re one of the contractors, stay far far away unless you want your time and money wasted!"

"Wow - JW Floors fell flat this year compared to last year. I had my stairs, hallway and loft done in a laminate hardwood last year and it was a good job. Only hiccup was Home Depot and their issues with ordering, delivering and communication with JW Flooring. This year - a whole new set of problems. Even worse with Home Depot, but now I have issues with the corner rounds installed poorly and incorrectly. See photo's showing that the corner rounds were installed "blocking" my closet from closing. Really?? Also the poor job of placing itty bitty pieces on corner round. Also, corner round made of wood and not waterproof was installed in the bathroom up against the shower. Never again!!"
