"My wife and I walked into this store looking for a dress that we seen online. The lady who was inside (must be the owner) was rude and quite frankly I was embarrassed being kama’aina to these islands by the way she treated us. Honestly it was as if we were being an inconvenience to her. I honestly am ashamed to bring my wife into the store who is originally not from the islands as I speak so much of the “Aloha Spirit”. Non of what was found at this store! We politely and quietly walked out saying thank you but not a good vibe in this store and she definitely doesn’t deserve our business. But, on a bright note, we bought a dress that probably doesn’t fit my wife and she really didn’t even like it but because they were so nice and treated us with so much aloha, they got our service and I’ll do it over and over again. Even if their product isn’t the best, it’s about the aloha!"
