The first time was with a gas stove, the second time was with a stand up freezer, and this time diagnosing and relating why the bottom freezer portion of the refrigerator did not work properly. "Derrick was great although the first thing he told me was that they don’t service undercounter refrigerators. I had dutifully input my model and serial numbers when I signed up for the service and yet nothing kicked back telling me you don’t service them. This was not Derrick’s fault. Thankfully he was willing to take a look anyway and much to my chagrin, it was a matter of pressing and HOLDING the “Cool On” button to fix the frig. It seems your appointment system needs to actually confirm that the model and serial number you ask us to input can be serviced or not. I would have been pretty upset if Derrick hadn’t been willing to look at our non-functioning frig!"

"I waited all week for my repair appt on my 4 month old washer. Appt scheduled for today. No reminder text as promised so I called the robot line. The robot line tells me my appt has been changed to Wednesday (2 days from now) and I am not even able to be home that day. No numbers to call to speak to someone about it. Horrible service. They give you a window of 8-5 so you lose a whole day and then they arbitrarily change it during that window so you loose another whole day. And I bet the part they ordered and had delivered to my house isn't even the correct one. I am so angry!"

He was very quick repairing the machine, tester it before he left and advised that if i do experience any more problems to file a claim to further investigate the problem but was confident that he had fixed it"
