"Terrible service, showed up 5 minutes early for my 8am appointment, nobody showed up for 10 minutes.. They didn’t have the part to remove my wheels so I went next door to Napa auto parts and found the part myself. Showed up 10 minutes later and they said they couldn’t help me because they were now too busy. Wasted an entire morning driving into Lihue and still didn’t get my tire fixed. I would recommend going elsewhere."

"The low tire indicator came on in our rental vehicle. The gentlemen at P S & D Tire we're friendly and helpful. They even put on a cap on two tires that were missing them. Thankful for friendly help in an unknown city! Thank you!!"

"These old timers need to be trained on new car technology. I got a wheel alignment done here, and when I went to pay, the cashier asked if I got into an accident with the car. I assumed he was referring to the dent on my front driver fender. He said no, the front passenger alignment was further back than specs. Then the mechanic said that the light in my dash is showing that the car is still misaligned. I was perplexed at the light he was referring to in the dash. The mechanic said the light with the two lines and the car going sideways. I said that’s not for the wheel alignment, that’s the lane departure light. He said, no, the car has a camera inside to look down at the wheel alignment. I said you don’t know what you’re talking about; the camera is on the windshield, looking forward for lane departure. Seriously, the brokechanic’s lack of knowledge and his made up theory has me questioning their quality of work."
