"Awful customer service. I have been trying to call them for days and can never get anyone on the phone. Even when they answer I'm put on hold and still no one. The last experience we had with them was with a repair where they seemed incapable of obtaining the parts. We ultimately got the car back from them, and got the car to someone else who quickly repaired it. Let say enough is enough."
